So..I caught this movie on TV last night...one of my favorites....and as I was watching it, I couldn't help but picture a corps playing it....but I couldn't place who played it...so I checked on CorpsReps and all I found was Reading Buccaneers 1997...I could have sworn one of the Junior World Class corps played the theme sometime in the past, but I don't know who....so...did a junior corps play the music from this movie sometime in the past? Thanks!

Not sure if it will be a "crowd went wild" thing, but I think video will be the next thing...large screen/screens...kinda like the orchestra/gamer thing...I've seen several indoor units use one or multiple video screens, and I can see that translating to the drum corps field...unfortunately, I can also see the video becoming the star and the corps becoming the accompaniment...

And yet...the DCA DVDs were up for sale what, a week after championships? Wonder what DCA has that DCI doesn't...

wow...that's alot of years...I'm impressed...

Home definitely...now if it was back in Annapolis, I might be talked into going-loved it there, but did the Rochester thing for a few years...grew to not like Rochester much (except for the stadium...THAT I liked)...so home it is...

I'm curious; if there is such a predisposition, if the predisposition carries from one year to the next.,..If a judge shows a predisposition to a certain corps during this season, do they have the same predispostion to the same corps in the past few seasons?

Are they announcing Prelim scores as the day goes on?...and can someone post them here...for those of us having having technical difficulties accessing the Live stream...

Got this message multiple times...Can get into the DCI site, but this is what I get when I try to access the Live Feed...after a couple minutes of waiting for it to load... Is it just me, or does the new DCI Page take forever to open (I've waiting a couple minutes sometimes), and even longer for the entire page to load...Any other website I access from the same computer opens right away, but the DCI site...very very slow...anyone else having this issue?

I think we might be putting too much stock in those few tenths that Cadets have over BD; especially considering the performance order- I wouldn't be surprised if BD pulled back ahead..at least for tonight.

True...but on the same platform, I would presume? I hope they don't wait until the last minute before the first "paid" stream...wouldn't want the site to crash from a rush of membership renewals...

While almost everything...and almost everbody is classifying this show as dark...I have a gut feeling that it's contents will be dark, but the total show message will be very positive...just a feeling...it's all about redemption..just have to go thru the dark to get there...I just don't see Crown doing a show with a dark message...

I was wondering the same thing...and more importantly...what shows will be streamed live..I plan my summer around them...

For me...it all comes down to which shows am I most excited to see again...and again...and which shows am I most excited to show other people who haven't seen them yet.

For those of you who have purchased the Essentials DVDs....I've often thought of buying them, but I have the Legacy Collection and every year since. Are they really that much better than what I already have? I really wish we could create our own DVDs like WGI does...hint hint DCI!

That would be so cool. I would definitely host if corps had training closer to me..
