  1. BD has a LOOOOOOONG way to go to top the June record. Right now they are NO WHERE close to it. SCV currently holds that record which stands at 89.7 scored on June 29, 1985.
  2. Right. That would be a shocker though wouldn't it LOL?!?!?!? Beating SCV by .4 in GE and beating BD in brass by .5?!?!?!? :P
  3. OOOOOH yes!!!!! They're back on the horse(at least so far). Bring it on SC!!!!!! ^OO^ EDIT: Now we just need some reviews. :D
  4. I certainly hope not. They missed it. :P Yea BD and SCV made some great progress tonight. Keep it up west coast!!!!! ^OO^
  5. Well according to their itinerary, SCV as scheduled to go on at 8:23 PST(11:23 EST)tonight if everything stays on schedule. I would imagine that BD is probably performing 15 mins after that which would put them on the field at around say 8:40 or so. BD is probably the last corps to go on but I can't say for sure. If all of this holds true, then the competition was over about 20 mins. ago. Scores should be here pretty soon I'm hoping.
  6. Good news that is. Thx for the info. :D
  7. They should be just about finished now. Won't be long.
  8. For those of you that saw the streaming video AND have the APD's, were there any major musical changes for Bluecoats or The Cavaliers tonight?
  9. Yea how about that? Only .1 separating BAC and PR in total GE. Drill must still be really dirty for them looking at performance and visual effect areas. No big deal though. They have PLENTY of time to get it clean. :) Go PR!!!!!
  10. I think most people are just being cautious snurr_in_hurr that's all. Are they for real? Well so far, they have been doing a lot of things right LOL. :) Can they keep up this pace? Do they have enough meat to add to this product? Will they max out too early? It won't be too long until we find out. B)
  11. And what a pleasant surprise you brought with you I must say. :) I guess that Phantom buckled down and did some good cleaning these last couple of days.
  12. DIVISION I 1 Bluecoats 75.400 2 Madison Scouts 71.000 3 Colts 66.950 4 Blue Stars 65.150 5 Pioneer 52.800 DIVISION II 1 Colt Cadets 39.550 DIVISION III 1 Capital Sound 44.900
  13. Oh yes the music stands on its' own quite well. :) As for the films, they are some of the greatest films of ALL time. I would HIGHLY recommend checking them out sometime for those of you that have not seen them. Make sure you have them time though as these films are also quite long(especially The Godfather Part II which is 3 hrs. 16 mins. in length before credits).
  14. Having those 8 extra horns is making a HUGE difference for them this year to me at least. GREAT sound from this group already. ^OO^
  15. Allright, I can't stop playing this #### thing!!!!! I wish you didnt tell us about this scv9396 LOL!!!!! :P I agree with having more confidence this year. Definitely looks(and sounds)that way. Nick Williams has done a MASTERFUL job with this hornline and Key's writing is TOP NOTCH. Can't wait until the volume EXPANDS in that low section.^OO^ The drill from Pete Weber I was certain would be great so that was no surprise. :P I really hope that SCV challenges for all the marbles this year but it WILL be quite difficult. How bad do they want it? We'll see in about a month or so I guess. Stay tuned.....
  16. Well vferrera I hope you're right. Lots of work to be done though. :)
  17. Wow, keep on truckin bloooooo!!!!! ^OO^
  18. I must say I'm not surprised.:) I saw them live last year toward the end of the season and they were MAGNIFICENT(and won high horns over PR and Madison I might add). Definitely moving in the right direction. Maybe it's their time. We'll see. Good luck BLUUUUUE!!!!!! ^OO^
  19. Count me into this group for sure. ^OO^ Heh, I don't understand it anymore than you do Nick. I thoroughly enjoyed the clips and like where PR is going with this. Let's see what happens. :)
  20. I can answer you first question. No the Bluecoats did not beat PR at any point last year. They came within a few tenths at the beginning and towards the end of the season but did not beat them.
  21. Well in 1999, these two didn't go head to head until July 9. SCV did come out on top when they finally did though. If we're talking head to head at the very first competition for both corps, then you would have to go all the way back to 1992 to find red beating blue Chris.
