  1. I can see 5th, 4th might be pushing it. The chances of them taking over both the Cadets and Bluecoats are very small. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
  2. Wow, great job OC. That puts them above Academy... can't wait to see them head to head again. Updated standings in my signature.
  3. Judging has seemed pretty awkward to me in the past couple of days. I think that the judging on Saturday was tougher than the judging on Friday, as every corps but BD took a good-sized fall. (The drops weren't as big yesterday). That also doesn't cover the inconsistency in Div. II. Updated standings in my signature.
  4. B4 - SCV B5 - Cadets M4 - Blue Knights I'm not seeing any BD in this picture?
  5. Interesting to see PR get so close to the Cavaliers. I think it will also be interesting to see how BD places tomorrow. My prediction is that they'll be barely in first or in second.
  6. Haha if only it were possible to run a cable across the street and get some live coverage going...
  7. Nice! As JustABandMom said, we only get Pioneer and Jubal so far, but hopefully more clips will be added soon!
  8. Just one more reason to use Firefox. Great plugin... good job!
  9. From what I've heard, I'd have to say that Crown has the better hornline so far this season. This is probably the first year that I would say that, but I think it's true.
  10. Thanks! I actually wasn't aware of that YahooGroup, I'll have to subscribe to that.
  11. Great job by the Crusaders. This gets them back into the top 5. It'll be interesting to see how they do against The Academy this weekend. Updated Div. II scores in my signature.
  12. All of the scores from tonight do seem a bit inflated to me. Almost everyone jumped a point. Also, Glassmen hadn't competed since the 22nd, so you have to keep that in mind. Updated standings in my signature through Russelville.
  13. Wow, great job by the Cadets, that's a big jump, and finally puts them over Bloo. That new opener must have helped a lot. Scores in my signature updated through Siloam Springs and St. Peters. Rest will be updated when more scores are posted.
  14. Gas prices will continue to rise, but that doesn't mean that the world will stop functioning. There will be alternatives to fossil fuel, such as ethanol and biodiesel. Although I think hybrid buses are a long time away, I'm sure they'll have to appear sometime. Fossil fuel is supposed to run out in 50 years. I don't think you have to worry about fuel too much right now. At worst, corps would begin regional tours.
  15. Wow... great job by the Bluecoats. I totally wasn't expecting them to do this well this year. This latest score puts them a little further from the Cadets (although they did try a new ending, so that should be taken into consideration), and barely behind Phantom. This is turning out to be a very close race for that third (maybe also the top two) spot. Updated standings in my signature.
  16. The corps is just having a hard year. They have a good show, they just had a very rough start, and their score should go up pretty quickly from now till quarters. Updated standings in my signature.
  17. I'm sure the judges have to be found long before a competition takes place. Most of the no-shows are probably because of other last-minute commitments that judges have that weren't forseen when they agreed to take the job.
  18. I think DCI should make a way for subscribers to watch whole shows after the competition is finished. Unfortunately I've only been able to watch one live streaming this year, and all I get for the other shows are short 1-2 minute clips.
  19. I'm thinking that Phantom will win by about a half point, the margin probably won't change by much.
  20. Hmm, I think he's trying to ask who's going to be the first corps to break 90 and when/where they will accomplish that feat. I would have to say BD will do it at Dallas.
  21. Depends, I can't see your avatar...
  22. Wow, great job to the Cavaliers. I want to see whether this is something that will last or something that will change soon. Cadets have actually been hovering at about 17.40 in percussion for a couple of days now. Right now the percussion race is between PR and BD though.
  23. I wouldn't say that just yet. Bluecoats and Cadets are both within striking distance. Cadets are usually a corps that gets their points at the end of the season. Scores in my signature are now fully updated through tonight.
