Cap Reg Mello

MATT HAINES AND CHRIS GOW are complete BAD***ES they were caption head and tech respectively for me at Cap Reg this past year, and are both awesome. I hope matt tells the hainesaw story, and gow continues to be the asain sensation known a ninja

someone i marched with in 2004 made the corps on quads, and then they decided he was too small to march them all year, and ended up filling a bari spot, and by the end of the season, was playing most of the show.

Allaina, i was thinking the same thing when i saw it. I CANT WAIT!! it has been forever since i have marched anything dark. AWESOME.

i was told that one of the guys from the blue man group marched somewhere

home to cap reg, about 100 miles. home to bluecoats, about 250ish.

I had 3band directors. One used to write drill for Glassmen a long time ago. Another, i think, marched Scouts back in the day. the other was a flute , but she loved that i was doing it also. so my directors were very supportive. they still are actually, i graduated 2 years ago and whenever i come and ask to borrow a mello to work for camps they let me take one home, no queastions asked.

i thought it was awesome i wrote a paper about my experience at Normal, Ill. 2003 maybe i'll post it to see what you think of it.

why does the cap reg one not work? i may have not enjoied all of my time there, but there were many times that i did and i am proud of what we accomplished while i was there.

all i have to say is 2003 Normal, Ill. Tornado coming on over the field while we were performing on it. Cap Reg was the last corps to be on that night. Crowd being forced out of the stands and everyone turnig around during the hit in out ballad. being told to RUN off of the field after. the crowd going nuts in the field house when we entered and the line played the street beat. amazing night.

alittle off topic, but im sort of new, only been on here for a few months, what exactly is a troll?

I just got chills thinking about hearing his voice from the field. I dont really get too nervous on the field anymore, but i always get chills when i hear "Drum major...... Is your corps ready?"

I started with in div 1 when i was 15, the summer after my sophomore. It was one of he best things i have done. I was pretty immature when i started and when i came back, my parents and directors said i was a completely different person, in a good way. If you feel that they have the talent, or even better, the ambition to audition, let them do it. It, as many people have alerady said, is a positively life changing experience. I have marched for 4 years now and have 3 to go, and i am looking forward to all of them.

I also am glad that he is doing what he is doing. You have had nothing to do with the organization. You have no place to say that things dont need to change. Thank you Bryan for everything that you have done.

I just want to thank everyone who loved the show. I know that the show is the reason that everyone pushed through the summer. we all loved it and enjoied performing it. That made the summer worth pushing through. Once again thank you
