Exactly, and to further my point, when I was watching the Cadets in San Antonio I was not enthused at all, and neither were the people around me. Not to mention they were the last corps to perform.

Houston has a HUGE food truck scene. This would be a great concept to bring to next years TOC show. Plus stadium food sucks.

On a GE standpoint, they should be neck and neck with Blue Devils - both visually and musically - and in my opinion, they should be placing higher than Cadets in that caption.

To answer what the OP was originally asking, I don't think they'll pass them yet. Maybe (and hopefully) Atlanta.
