  1. Phantom Regiment is coming the Jackson, NJ this year!
  2. I would be interested in being able to look up which stadiums have "good" sight lines from their handicapped seating areas. Big pro stadiums do. Smaller stadiums built on flat ground generally do not. Many stick the HC seating near ground level at the corner of the stands. Some at least get you near Mid field. Allentown is great in that the HC seating is at the top of the lower stands.
  3. I guess Yanni would be one step from hell. ;)
  4. I think fake background checks should be done before anyone is allowed to spin or toss a fake rifle.
  5. Glasses do not work well under the PR helmets either. My son performed without his glasses his first year. But he got contacts as soon as he got home. Worked much better for him his next season.
  6. Jeeze guys...think outside the box. Are there any vertical limits?
  7. "Welcome To The Black Parade" When I was a young boy, My father took me into the city To see a marching band. He said, "Son when you grow up, would you be the savior of the broken, the beaten and the d&mned?" He said "Will you defeat them, your demons, and all the non-believers, the plans that they have made?" "Because one day I'll leave you, A phantom to lead you in the summer, To join The Black Parade."
  8. Elizabeth: The Golden Age is a 2007 movie. Some music from the soundtrack will be used.
  9. My son (PR Euph) was at the Russell Athletic Bowl game with the Rutgers band.
  10. Don't take the bait. I detect insider info at play.
  11. What's a few impalings? Chicks dig scars. Back to the show. Do you think we will see a red dragon?
  12. There are plenty of other corps to watch that are doing the life thing. PR deaths bring variety. Each one is different too. BTW, it's all pretend.
  13. Phantom is touring New England this year!
  14. On an iPad, it is really easy to accidently hit a +/- button while scrolling through a thread. Accidents happen.
  15. Here is a report from a PR parent: Xxxx is back at XX studying Trumpet Performance and started having trouble with numbness in her lip. This is very concerning for a trumpet major. After dental appts and then oral surgeon it was discovered that she broke her jaw! She then remembered falling the week before Allentown! I think she may go down in history as the most injured DCI member in history- 2009 broken leg, 2 fractures in pelvis, 2010 we suspect she may have broken a foot, 2011 she only marched part of the season and 2012 a broken jaw.......
  16. Stands for Buzz Extension and Resistance Piece. One of these days I'll get around to marketing a Finger Acceleration and Repetition Teacher.
