scalenesofar
Cavies - Illinois, Music inspired by Come on Feel the Illinois by Sufjan StevensIf you are not familiar with this CD I can't recomend in enough. Full of complicated rhythems and catchy meolodies. The music already featueres a lot of brass and great drum work could easily be crafted. Will also searve to remind DCI of the great state they just left. Not only have I said this would be a great idea on here before, but I actually wrote a first draft of a horn book for such a thing last summer. removed media offer - TS

cavalier1995
I'd like to see someone (Cavaliers, SCV or BD) play some Dream Theater, and for BD to play some Symphony X - Fast prog metal!
Guardguy89
I'm thinking Cadets or Crown could pull this one off: A show based on "Night of The Living Dead" (could also include music from Danny Elfman's Planet of the Apes soundtrack) Show title would be "Horrorscope" Also - I keep saying that Phantom needs to do a Moulin Rouge show (not the movie, but actual music from the Moulin Rouge era) - that would be major cool. Toby
I'd go with Tank!, Jupiter Jazz, Clutch and then Rush. But a Yoko Kanno/The Seatbelts show would be amazing. I wanted to try and bring out some of the lesser known stuff from the series. :)

HOLY ####! SCV playing Dream Theater would be amazing! Not sure if any of the brass players could manage a petrucci-based solo though...lol
prophet
I'd like to see someone (Cavaliers, SCV or BD) play some Dream Theater, and for BD to play some Symphony X - Fast prog metal! Haha, that would be great, but seriously can you imagine that poor drum major and the poor guys on the field having to change up the tempo and time signature and marching stuff so much?? That would be a nightmare!
