Hey I resemble that remark..... Only advice my dad gave me after college graduation (Dec 79) was "Shave that #### thing off before you go on interviews".

I had a wussy little mustache for years...shaved it so it would come in better, and it never did...now I have a goatee...the Mrs. said "shave it!" I did, she hated it...now I CAN'T shave it without incurring her wrath! (It sucks when I'm diving, my stupid mask leaks because of it)

Definitely not me.

I could never grow that much facial hair. :tongue:/>

Can't grow it any more either... probably a good thing.

I'd look like Santa Claus, or worse, Cupcakes.

And of course both of them are always trying to get young people to sit on their laps so I guess I'm better off without it.

I didn't like the beard so much - just hated shaving.

What most people who know me don't know is that the beard and hair were a result of a promise I made myself in the military, i.e. that I wouldn't cut a hair for a year after I got out - the picture on my profile is from one year after I separated, sitting in the stands with the Sunrisers during a break.

Pretty much hair everywhere...

Hey! A promise is a promise, right?

i've had a beard for over 40 years. i actually grew one when i was 15 during the summer and had to shave it for school. it's never been a problem......except it's completely grey now. but it goes well with my bald head.
