It never stops....people love to thinly veil how they think towards something as the truth or the gospel as to how everyone else feels....where have you seen them ? You can tell me how all audiences feel about thier performancve, and how members are gonna feel ?? Yeah, Im sure the amount of standing ovations take precedence over calling their families and telling them they went undefeated in an activity they love....sheesh.

G

just cause the "educated all knowing" membership of DCP feel a certain way, desont mean it equates to the real world mentality.

No, these are all MY OPINIONS.

The fact I post them under my login makes them MY OPINION ONLY!

I can't see how you can't get that! sheeesh back at ya!

I WAS there at Atlanta, HAVE seen them live, DID see the audience reactions.

I DID experience the "tepid" reaction of OVER +15000 "uneducated" (by YOUR definition) paying fans to the BD show DESIGN.

Personally, I gave ALL the performing corps a standing ovation.

The fact that you are so "touchy" about this indicates (to ME) you feel the truth in what I'm saying.

I will be at Allentown and Final, and BD will be my hot dog corps.

explains the entire angle of your post. Case rested. Hardly find any truth in it...sad that anyone with an isp and ten fingers can jade reality to fit their intentions.

G

Dude, talk about jaded reality.

Were YOU in Atlanta?

If not, listen to the VOD on FN; compare the crowd reactions.

If you don't see the difference, YOU are the one with jaded reality.

No angles,

JUST

MY

OPINION

You're a hater.

JUST

MY

OPINION

And you are entitled to it.

But I disagree.

I would LOVE to love the Blue Devils.

There were my very first exposure to drum corps, and the first t-shirt I bought.

They (usually) have a very friendly and knowledgeable fan base.

They have, IMO, the BEST forum on the web.

I WANT the BD MM, if they win, to be supported by the majority of the crowd.

I WANT to cheer for them.

I am a Cavie's fan, but wouldn't mind if BD beat them with a show I could get behind.

From a lot of the posts I've read, this seems (to me) to be the majority opinion of most of the posts on this forum.

On the other hand, as soon as someone suggests any issues regarding BD show design, the BD fans on this forum immediately go into personal attack mode, labeling those that disagree with them "haters".

Why don't you try to educate us poor "haters"?

Suggestion to all BD advocates:

The VODs are up from Atlanta.

The judges seem to agree there is a HUGE difference in show design.

Give us a "BD Top 10 Reasons" this show is scoring so well.

Relate those Top 10 reasons with actual references to the VOD from Atlanta.

This should be easy for those that understand this HUGE difference.

Don't take the easy way out by just saying "they are just better".

Give us (me) specific examples of this obvious difference.

I would really love to understand this show and support it.

Help me and help your corps in the process.

Perhaps I will skip the hot dog at Finals then.

Judges are people

people have opinions

judging is based on a person's opinion

DCP doesn't like other people's opinions

apparently, I'm a hater

that's my opinion, so therefore, it must be wrong.
