It's just one more way for haters to crow. The avenues are limitless, evidently. Anyhoo, thanks for the link. Wish I could've been at finals to see BD's dominance culminate. BTW, I do think that BD tries to improve Drum Corp as a whole. In fact, maybe more than most in terms of the last 4 years performances. But, you have put live bait and blood in the water.... I don't believe it says anything about "improving other corps", the inference is simply that DCI isn't "socialism" . . .it's what they all signed up (including BD) for when they joined. OK, now this is going from the sublime to the ridiculous. skevinp, when I mentioned the high powered rifle and the tower earlier it was a metaphor. Years ago (1966), a viet nam veteran freaked out and went up in a tower at the University of Texas and started picking off people with a high powered rifle. From that point, in conversation and even on television discussions "going up in the tower with a high powered rifle" was used to describe a person who was on the edge, losing it, out of control. You may have heard it loud......but I hope you know now that you certainly didn't hear it "clear".
