I know first hand that it's extremly difficult to have schools agree to let the corps use their facilities these days. So wherever they decide to go, one of the first priorites should be if the city or town can house the 20 plus corps that want to make the trip. Gone are the days where even the little towns like Butler PA and Marion OH taking in 100 plus corps with out any problems. I'm was told by the schools that it's an insurance issue. I'm not 100% sure when the 10 year contract ends due to the stadium not being ready in time to hold finals in 2008 i.e. it may have been extended by a year. I decided, sitting at Quarterfinals in the Oil Drum last year, that I simply couldn't go there again.
