Red Storm continued its success this season with another strong 2nd place showing in Fairfield, Ohio on Wednesday night, finishing less than half a point behind the winner, Xothyme, and moving up to 4th overall in Class A. The corps spent Thursday practicing at their rehearsal site in Cincinnati, and will do so today as well, before packing up and heading to Bowling Green to celebrate the new year with another show. It's been a while since the corps won a show, but hopefully with a new year comes a new opportunity for Red Storm to move even further up in the ranks!

Made some resolutions and overhauled Inferno and Flame. Didn't want to mess with Blaze; they've been hanging around the top 12. Happy New Year!

WOW. Inferno notched its first gold ever last night in Biloxi. This is turning into one heck of a comeback season, with serious potential to be our best ever. SFMO corps finished 1st, 3rd, and 3rd. Both Inferno and Blaze are in the top 12 in their respective classes. Flame has made marked improvement, but I think they've got a push into at least Semis left in them.

Caprice had a nice rebound in Bowling Green after spending a week in the doldrums as far as scores go.

And those lads from across the pond, the Viscounts, earned their first DCPI win in Lynn MA and got a little bit of payback for some spilled tea all those years ago.

Will the DCPI corps have a case of the Mondays at these events today?
