Crossmen 78 is my favorite! Always has been, always will be!

(then again, I love a LOT of shows from 78 for different corps! Bridgemen, Blue Stars, Phantom)

I've gotta add 1987 next to 1990 for favorites. The Crossmen were almost left for dead after '86 and they came back big and strong in '87 with a sweet show and some awesome uniforms! I remember seeing them in the DCI parade, in '87, and thier drumline blew me away. From '87 and thereafter, it was up, up, and away towards the top 12! The 1990 Crossmen had the best arrangement of Caravan, ever!

87 Summertime was cool, and Rumble was the bomb for a drum solo, but I'd take 88 over that

1992 for me. All around great show, but especially great from the drum break to the end. The horn re-entry after the perc feature makes me smile and feel like I'm floating instead of walking or running.

I marched 98 so that is my favorite, but 1992 is what got me hooked on drum corps.

You guys did an awesome job that year. I loved those arrangements, but one thing that seemed to stand out was that the kids marching seemed to really enjoy that show. And the pit that year was so much fun to watch too. I think those are some of the things that gave it the edge for me over 92, 91, 02, 90 and so many of the other great Crossmen shows over the years. I think I might have to spend the night listening to Crossmen shows over the years.

Have to go with 92. Great show design and the Performance in Finals was awe inspiring. Honorable mentions for 96 and 97. Those two shows were just fun to watch and listen too. I wore out the front heel of my sneakers tapping my toes to Birdland both years!
