Every sport has records and astonishing feats that have stood for decades. Baseball's Joe Dimaggio and his 56 game hitting streak. Cal Ripken and his 2632 consecutive games played. Basketball's Wilt Chamberlain scoring 100 points in a single game. The 1971-1972 L.A. Lakers team that won 33 straight games. How about football's 1972 Miami Dolphins team that went unbeaten 17-0. These are just some of sports most impressive records that may never be matched or broken. What about DCI? I listed just two feats that i believe are absolutely amazing. What BD and Cavies was able to accomplish with these records is absolutely insane when you think of all the talent and magnificent shows that every corps puts on year in year out every summer. If there are other records that you think should be added to this poll please let me know and i'll add them in. These are just two of the best imho.

It may sound cliche, but I don't care about winning streaks. Although I love to see who wins, most often my favorites shows each year don't align with the judges opinions. They are often not in the top 3.

I went with the Cavies just because of sheer math. Probability would say that to win 64 shows in a row you would more than likely have two undefeated seasons on the way to that number. Cavies did it in an unusual way with losing in the beginning of 01 and losing at the end of 03.

All outstanding- don't leave out the Yankees, Notre Dame, the Cadets, etc., but this is history. Who will be next?
