flammaster Posted July 31, 2012 Share Posted July 31, 2012 I'm not a fan of their Mapex drums. I don't like how mapex drums sound as I think their drums affects clarity IMO. Disclaimer: I am not a drummer, so I probably don't know what the heck I'm talking about. It is more of a casual observation on my part. Oh I totally agree! Boston did a good job of getting a decent sound from the snares but no one I have seen yet can make those tenors sound very good. The Basses are ok though. Their pit equipment is garbage!
