That's a very hasty conclusion you're jumping to. Saucedo hasn't done Cavaliers any favors since he started judging again, and he's pretty darned impartial. He's another judge that makes fantastic tapes.

I was just looking at his previous scoring this season when Cavs, Boston, Madison went head to head in San Anton and he was on the panel. He was more favorable to the Cavs that nite. Now maybe Cavs have changed up their music by then and deserved their GE Music score from him.. who knows. But if I'm the Cavs and I had a choice for one of the GE Music judges I want him out there for tomorrow nite over several others the Cavs could think of..... just sayin'. I think he's a fair and impartial judge. But he has his preferences in GE Music of these 3 Corps too.

Agreed! Many times, we are very insular and don't think that someone else's way of celebrating the activity is the way it should be done. Let's remember that we're not exactly knocking down any major broadcasters doors these days.

Yes, let's not try to celebrate anyone associated with the activity that's made it into the mainstream and can help expose the activity to more people.

Maybe she could talk to some folks at HBO about a mini-docu or whole series on the activity...

Cadets were on fire!!! Wow! Very impressive tonight. That drill...holy cow, and the total music ensemble is always one of the best. Phantom needs to be on tonight.

You have to be in shape to do this high velocity drill the Cadets are now noted for. Man, they really move on the field.

True... but, in 2008, the two percussion judges that provided Phantom with the margin of victory over Blue Devils... didn't one or both of them march Blue Devils? (Can't remember who the judges were. Pipitone and Prosperie?)

I think 90+% of the DCI judges are pretty legitimately unbiased against this corps or that corps.
