Double.D Posted July 28, 2013 Share Posted July 28, 2013 What I'd like to see: A deal with Dish Network or DirecTV to offer a pay-per-view option for watching finals. There is a small chance it might be: a couple of the TOC corps will be performing in Asia next year in order to help build support for the growing movement of marching arts there. What it probably is: another fundraiser. The thing about PPV is it's extremely expensive. Another sport I happen to watch had their finals on PPV for 3 years and all 3 years they either struggled to break even or even lost a great deal of money, just because of having it aired on PPV. He bragged to Ed Mann who is a friend of mine that they were playing Enchinda's Arf in 87. i am trying to get Ed to come do a clinic with our high school.
