DCI-86 Posted July 30, 2014 Share Posted July 30, 2014 I'd wager that SCV would be scoring higher in achievement if they truly were cleaner than BD. I'm not a guard guy, just going off of scores. The achievement score isn't measuring who is the cleanest but it is relative to the content/substance score.
