The composer, Howard Hanson, was orchestra director there in Rochester for 40 years at Eastman School of Music. I wouldn't say fixed, but it works. Looks like a lower resolution SD feed, to minimize bandwidth. Which makes sense, given we've been told it's a stadium equipment and bandwidth issue.
