Uh no. No mudslinging. Just honesty. It isn't all rainbows and cotton candy. Not everyone has "great work ethic" as you implied. It just isn't the case. That's like saying in real life everyone has great work ethic. Believe me, we have a full aray of work ethics, good and poor rehearsal techniques etc

Kids get fed differently, we have good and bad trainers, some corps have better sanitation practices etc etc etc

My point is that if you're going to call someone out, call them out properly.

Why? That would be slinging mud at someone. I'm just stating a fact. There are corps with varying degrees of work ethic and at least one (I'm aware of) that I'd describe as very poor work ethic. Naming names isn't productive or helpful.
