garfield
Any guard member pointing to the sky Any close-up of a member crying Snare’s plume tilting past 60 degree in an over-hype Snare doing the frog hop, dump in my pants dance Pit member pushing up their glasses Pit member over pulsing and over emoting a build-up to a 2 handed ride cymbal crash (cue close up) This one's good on several levels. This one is lovely sardonic humor and completely true. Hilarious.

xandandl
Not sure. But I'm pretty sure that I know the beverage of choice of this former 1960's New Jersey Drum Corps: http://www.corpsreps.com/corpsreps.cfm?view=pictures&corpsid=33&corpstype=Senior Now Brasso, don't be so East Coast provincial. There were also the Hamm Indians out of St. Paul, MN as well as their Northernaires from the same Brewery. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hamm%27s_Brewery. With the Indians named former Drum Corps from St. Paul, the uniform headress made me think that in that corps there were maybe too many Chiefs and not enough ....... ham ? Now you are hamming it up. You are correct about the feathered head pieces, they were full each appearing to be the chief. I first learned of them by watching the Pasadena New Year's Rose Parade where the corps was "marching" and evading that wintery stuff in the Twin Cities.

c mor
I hate the whole over-emoting thing. It is a carry over from WGI (inside in a gym where faces can be seen) Has no place on a football field . Really - reading facial expressions from the pressbox? What's worse is mm bending around backwards to keep their face pointing up to the judges. stooopid. ...in my humble opinion.

Don't forget that the Indians were originally sponsored by Schmidt Beer, another St. Paul brewery before they switched to Hamm's in the late 50's..(FYI - this was NOT the same Schmidt's that was out east..Our guys eventually got bought by Heileman - the LaCrosse gang who purveyed Special Export and Chicago's favorite - Old Style!) Wishing I could remain "fully kreausened" from the "Holy Land"! Pat
