Every year I hope that this is the year that Madison moves up into the tier 2 group of drum corps. Once again it looks like history will repeat itself. The Madison Scouts have improved by a whopping 4.45 points since their first show score of 64.25 June 23rd. I'm looking forward to seeing the Mad Men this Sunday at Drums On Parade. I don't think the Scouts show is bad either, but if they don't improve their scores soon, they will be in a battle for a finals spot.
