I'm from the Philly area and while there was one corps from Philadelphia (PAL Cadets), there were dozens in the surrounding counties and metro area. 507 Hornets, Keystone Regiment, (who merged into Crossmen), Bracken Cavaliers, Audubon Bon Bons, Blue Rock, to name a few.
