kdaddy Posted July 25, 2018 Share Posted July 25, 2018 First time to see Crown live tonight. Definitely taking some risks musically (particularly the moods they are creating), especially percussion. I don't get the use of the Beatles tune, but I love it and the all-female ensemble. Absolutely love the Boston show. I don't think it'll get the reception it deserves with the down ending, but what a tremendously fan friendly performance. Brought a neophyte to the show tonight. And he's not American, so the concept of a non-parade marching band is foreign to him. I like the sos , help me , found , bac was here A little bando . But ok . But the rest ???? Musically says little . Not really skill based . Most effects happen on 30 yard line . If your sitting there great . If your on left side you get nothing . Everything is forced and loud . It’s just not for me . They do have skill though .
