KVG_DC Posted July 23, 2022 Report Share Posted July 23, 2022 I’m fairly sure Crown’s ‘percussion issue’ is not the battery as much as the pit. And it’s not that they’re bad, its just that there’s a TON of great percussion batteries so the ‘dividing line’ when they meet up is often gonna be the pit. And when you’ve got 5-6 excellent lines going up, the judge is gonna divide them by a tenth at least between ordinals. That leaves that last line ‘far back’ on the sheet. Crown battery is doing good tonight, the pit gets washed out a bit much.
