MBo1974
This Cadets show is one we need to remember when in early season many of us want to write off a show/corps/concept. Wow they have come a long way with this show! 1
Super Don-O
THE CADETS ANNOUNCE A PARTNERSHIP WITH APOLLA PERFORMANCE WEAR FOR 2023 AND BEYOND. Founded in 2014, Apolla has created life-changing compression socks with unrivaled support. The all female-owned start-up has been featured on Shark Tank and Good Morning America and was given the Seal of Acceptance by the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA). Apolla's performance socks are 100-percent made in the U.S. and certified Sustainable. "We are thrilled to be partnering with the incredible team at Apolla," said Vicki Ferrence Ray, Executive Director of Cadets Arts & Entertainment. "From the moment they tried them on, our members and staff have been in awe of the difference a great sock makes. They're like magic! We already can't imagine drum corps without them." Their marching, brass, and percussion are great and guard doing well against tough competition. They might have left a door open? agreed

lawdn
Question for guard folk: which do you think is getting more credit from guard judges: Mandies guard work with white rope or Cadets guard work with shiny curved bars?
phan1738
Again sharing my thoughts from 35 yd line, 4th row The colts were impressive, they’ve come a very long way since I last saw them in person. The show works well, but hear me out… the show (shoulda) (coulda) (woulda) worked way better if it was the story of a red blood cell traveling through the vascular system The cavaliers look and sound so #### professional out there. They prove that traditional uniforms (and uniformity) aren’t a bad thing, if only they’d t tell whoever determines “what the judges want”. The back half of the show is awesome and has me longing for the type of shows that made me fall in love with drum corps. Phantom Regiment hot ####!!! They’re on fire. Full disclosure, this is my people. That all being said, they were actually that much more impressive than Cavies (maybe built up too much in my head). Synths we’re a bit much. Mandarins. Satanism isn’t my thing. (I’m redacting the rest of my comments because some on here think I’m not entitled to hold my own opinions) Cadets just wow!! That’d ballad is so beautiful. Yall’re gonna roast me for saying this but from the ballad to the end, it was like like SCV was out there. 1 1

Day two and have seen all corps thanks. They were overly amplified and ridiculously loud. Btw… I’m on the 48 yard line 15 rows up.
