boswell666
My biggest downer is that I had 2 more years to march with BD '78'79, because my ex-wife who was my girl friend at that time ask me "it's me or BD !!!!" Few years later in 1988 Kansas City at finals Jerry Seawright asking me if I'm still married to that girl who make me move back to Montreal :(

Russellrks
Yes still playlng Wayne's book!!! So my first DCI ring BD'76 playing Chanel One Suite and in '99 my first DCA ring with Brigs playing Chanel one Suite Except Channel One Suite was Jim Ott's book, at least in '76, '77, and with very minor alterations, '86 as well. As for the Brigs version in '99, I've never heard it but if it sounds anything like the Blue Devil's arrangements that would have to be considered Jim Ott's book as well IMHO. jbl
OOPS, Who's fault was that? The drum majors or (Gail?) it's easy to blame the drum major, but it was unintentional. Edited March 22, 2004 by jbl
jmc5682
I was bummed when my beloved Freelancers went inactive the first time, but was crushed when they went inactive the final time. Such a proud tradition. I know they still have a drumline and colorguard that performs at WGI but it is not the same as 128 of us out on the field together striving to do the best we can.
