1969-1970 Blessed Sacrement Golden Knights

1969-1970 Boston Crusaders "Unsquare Dance"

1971 Blue Rock

1972 Anaheim Kingsmen "George of the Jungle"

1972 Chicago Cavaliers (first solo after "Carmen"). One of the last power solos in the "old school" tradition.

1973-1974 SCV "Young Person's Guide" solo

1975 SCV "Birds of Fire" (first solo--I think that is the name of it)

1976-1977 Blue Devils "Channel One Suite" solo

1978 Madison Scouts "Star Wars" solo

1978-1979 SCV "Lezghinka"

1980 SCV "Stoneground Seven" (a tenor drummer's paradise)

I would have added "George Of Jungle" from 72 Anaheim as well, Dan. It was a choice between that and "Yellow Submarine." As I remember back, there was a roust beat that the AK tymps played back in the late 60s/early 70s that was the riff to "Spirit In The Sky," over and over. That line was always playing little songs.

Another one of my favorites that Anaheim played was the "Good Humor Ice Cream Truck" song on bells right in the middle of a percussion feature...1969?

But my favorite of all time is still Madison's "Dueling Banjos." That was great!

wow Dan, I didn't list Channel One because I thought it would be biased, but I see you listed '78 Madison, so I am surprised you didn't include '77 Madison, sweet solo IMO.
