some old corps photos

Judging by the double stripe on the skirts, this would be 1978.

There was a young blonde rifle in the Devils in 1978. We hung out in Montreal on our free day there. I cant remember her name.

Wait....did that poor girl pass out???

In the old days (a few will remember this), if a member passed out or fell, you were supposed to march right over the poor soul. You were not allowed to assist or help. If you were not injured or passed out, a judge (perhaps the T&P?) was supposed to go over and that judge was the only person that would allow you stand and rejoin the corps. I am pretty sure you were given a tenth of a point penalty for "dropped equipment."

That girl does not look like she is posing. I wonder if there is someone that can respond.

Using my 20 years experience as an EMT, I would say she had a syncopal episode. (she passed out and I know I can't spell)

Yeah, I remember LancerFi telling me a story of one of their Lancer guard members passing out on the field and they had to march on her. I can't remember the girl's name (old age), but she was short and is now a WGI judge. If I'm not mistaken, she only marched one or two years with 2-7.
