Liam
The big deal is that people will find some fault with Hop no matter what he does.He could donate $1,000,000 to cancer research and people would complain because he didn't donate to AIDs research instead. Actually, the complaint would be "He should have given it to the Crossmen" :P
shostahoosier
Porn > corps Porn? I'm talking about art and great articles B)
taters
When I see that posting the first thing I thought was how much Hop's job must pay , plus the travel and all the drum corps. If they can afford to get him a personal assistant then I think I would want his job instead! It probably pays better than my job with better perks. jkingqm
Here's a question- what do YOU think an executive assistant does??? Sheesh! That's what assistants are paid to do! They support the manager with their day to day administrative tasks- ... Amen. The job requirements of an exec admin are quite ill defined. The better exec admins are HARD to find, and the BEST ones are THE BEST. It's all a personal balance between a very competent exec admin and what he/she wants to devote a period of his/her life towards. I would say that "The Cadets" would be a worthy calling and life changing! To whoever takes on the challenge I say, "Hold on for the ride of your life! It will be good!" UNCGQ
Yeah, I'm not sure what all the hub-bub is about? Do people have no concept of "personal executive assistants" They make decent coin and their job description is "everything your boss can imagine". a la "I serve a the pleasure of the President" There is no job description. The hours are 24/7/365. Some people are good at that and thrive in that situation. For a gig like this one you better shut off your "outside interests" and just hold on b/c it'd be a crazy ride. (significant other, kids, hobbies, etc, etc) Just my 0.02 but I think it'd be a gig interesting enough to do for a few years but that's just me. Then again I'm not obsessed with Hop's every breathe so what do I know?
Wild Nights
Porn > corps Actually, there's a facebook group that says the exact opposite :P
Marker773
Wow - tragic, yet very amusing! Who knew he was so incredibly important? Very Miranda Priestly of him. How much does that job pay?? Does his office have a view and a kitchen? I might apply. If I'd known the Barry Diller of DCI/YEA! was looking for an "Executive" Assistant I would've introduced myself on Saturday night at the Stadium Bar in Madison.
