Most people get real jobs at some point, so this may be a good chance for him to step away. I don't see him in Madison with the current BOD in place. This is all speculation mind you, but doesn't it seem like maybe Pat was thinking about moving on, so PR brought Rick on board last year to get intergrated so the transition this year was smooth? From the corse of events and the manner in which this was communicated, it certainly seems that way to me. Kudos to PR on this, as well as the announcement of the design team.
