More oversight in dealing with the problems Corps have had the last few years, i.e. Cap Regiment and others. Give the public more say in the direction of the activity? Anyone else. MLB hasn't switched to aluminum bats for a reason. As far as corps directors and staff members that make decisions within DCI: stop being egotistical pretentious blowhards that think an artistic "vision" is worth changing the defining characteristics of an activity. I like full retreats too, but they can't be done and stay within the law as far as travel is concerned, especially with the new CDL laws.
