Florida Sun Posted April 24, 2015 Author Share Posted April 24, 2015 (edited) I remember doing a show upstate New York ,we Sunrisers had just gotten the new cadet uniforms .First corps to take the field was the Hurcs ,closing with stormy weather ,as the sky behind them filled with black cloudys and lots of lighting.I'm sure they would have taken high GE that night .Second corps was the Brigs ,play there indian rain dance ,I guess the gods heard them and the sky's opened up ,not sure who was next .But who ever it was completed in one hell of a storm.We Sunrisers where saved from going on.They called it a contest after the 3 corps .Thank god for big favors . Big John Posted April 27, 2015 Share Posted April 27, 2015 Three big drum corps shows at Clifton Stadium this summer. The Cadets on July 5th, Then a week later on July 11th the Caballeros Grand Prix. Followed by the Bushwackers show in August. Great for Drum Corps fans but I'm just wondering how well the local residents will deal with it all. They have complained before wiith just the Grand Prix going on there. They'll really be up in arms this summer. Not that I care.......just saying!
