Really feel like Crossmen is the better show. Has to be frustrating for Crossmen staff every night it is something different. Tonight it was percussion. Blue Stars still having issues with GE scores and Visual scores. I am afraid that these two corps will be neck and neck for the rest of the season. Good thing is that there is a good spread between them and the next corps below them whomever that will be at end of season. Madison, Mandarins and The Academy probably can't beat Blue Stars or Crossmen.

Both corps are great this season. Edited July 12, 2017 by DCI-

Blue Stars have completely changed their closer.... last quarter of their show within the last week...both music (whole new song) and drill in a major way.... is now much more effective. They have a more difficult program thus, a little more work needed to clean visuals etc.... but when they do they will climb... which we are starting to see the beginnings of now Edited July 12, 2017 by brians

Growing up with DCI in the early 90's made me very surprised when I saw the Bluecoats' uniforms this year. Whoa! Academy's show was SO fun and Crossmen's "Enigma" was strange, interesting, and beautiful. Didn't get to see the men from Madison this year, so hopefully they swing by DSM next year in Johnston High School's brand new stadium!
