As far as I know, there is nothing in the bylaws about an American corps competing. Most DCE pretty much models itself after DCI. Apply the same rule for an AMerican cors as DCI did for THe Company whereby a European corps doesn't get knocked out of finals by a non European entrant. but as DCE is all age, there is no reason for that rule to be in place.
