Those would be steps in the right direction Don't they already have some ex Cavies on staff? Andy W. is still there and one or two in the brass column. Boston's guard has been their strongest suit for a few years mainly because of Lemar and his regular associates. With the corps involvement with the Blessed Sac Winter guard, taught by Lemar ( I believe), he might not be going anywhere. Yes, they may need to address the design team, but as mentioned before, I feel their recruiting has taken a hit in more experienced mm after their shows of 13 and 14.
