Or they could focus on both like they are doing at these meetings! -

Pioneer/DCI Update – September 24th, 2018

Can’t believe they are letting Roman stay involved. I hope they don’t get a penny in donations until he’s completely removed. -
I’m not posting names and I’m done discussing. The instrumentation change helped many more corps than the average fan knows. It added a revenue stream throughout the activity that didn’t exist before.
-
No, not just the top. I was highly involved with a non-top 12 corps at the time that made money annually on their investment 2 years after the switch. That additional revenue stream kept them afloat. The manufacturers also have the incentive to get their equipment into more and more schools.
-
I would rather not go off topic, but there are so many issues with this statement. Switching to any-key brass helped some corps continue to exist financially. Any Key brass has turned into a profit center for drum corps. After the initial investment, corps have been able to resell to schools and other organizations to MAKE money each year while also putting better instruments in the hands of the members. They were not getting that resell value with G Horns.

DCI needs to step in, but I think it’s time to close the doors.

Hardin “retired” -
I wonder how much of that is spent at Basey’s! I think it’s great news. Was this the biggest crowd this year? It definitely looked like it.

Wow, the level of negativity and arrogance of some of the Madison alumni is just ridiculous... I hope all the members and staff of Madison have an incredible final week and that this negativity stays away from them.

Company fronts are flashy?

And to think that both Jon Vanderkoff and Jim Moore were at Madison. They were given all the freedom they wanted when they moved to Bluecoats.

Please don’t spread false information. Go to rehearsal. Speak to Olivia personally. Let her know that she is lying when she confirms that it is 100% live. -

Please don’t spread false information. That’s completely not true. She’s 100% live. The clips are Billie Holliday. -
What works and what doesn’t work

Listen to the original. Now they fit the intent of the music -
Just looks cheap and not well thought out.

The guard costume is great and fits the show perfectly! I just don't get the purple costumes. Looks like a late 90's guard uniform they picked out of a catalog. Is that what people on a deserted island look like now-a-days?
-
Let them work out the kinks of trying the uniforms on for the very first time without being in the public eye. It's one closed rehearsal of the entire season! I guarantee the members don't mind.
