I'm pretty sure '93 Finals in Jackson,MS has dibbs on that one, man did that stadium ever SUCK, Ughh!!

Ughh the thought of Finals 10 yrs in a Row in same locale, Location rotation is a MUST. IMHO I think things would start to stagnate with the fans and attendance would majorily drop

'93 with a better and enhanced visual program would have placed higher as is the same with '91, those 2 years are in my top 3 of all time favoritie BD Shows Musically. Man the hornlines those years were Unreal. If '91 were done today with better visual and the hornline they had...WOW

88' Blue Devils Drum Major Nelson A. ( I dont know his Last name) > That guy could really get into his conducting. Same high Energy level of conducting when he was DM with San Jose State also. I believe he was DM in '87 also?

Cascades 02-03 Mello Lines , especially 03' were rather serious workhorses of that hornline to say the least.

Kinda touching on that sort of but I haven't noticed at finals in sometime that people aren't throwing streamers of corps colors for quite some time, is it something dci requested to not do?

I totally concur with that idea as it brings a sense of respect, familiarity, and connection between the DM and corps members, IMHO. Iv'e known of a few instances where things were kind of "awkward" when a corps would bring on a 1st year member as a DM.

If Anaheim had won the NFL bid a few years ago and had the new Stadium up and running. If and when it does go through I definitely see DCI Finals being at the new Stadium the next time Finals comes to Cali.

I'd all be for having '07 Finals at the Rose Bowl if given parameters were condusive for a Finals week facility. Jack Murphy will always be ( Blahh..Qualcomm) a better overall location for finals, this is coming from a Socal Native, IHMO.
