  1. http://www.drumcorpsplanet.com/forums/inde...howtopic=123795 Sorry Byron Valentine, director of Zydeco, posted it on here himself. Very sad news! Can't wait to see Zydeco in 2011!!
  2. I would also add Michael Rosales to that list! He's the one responsible for the amazingly memorable choreography performed by Braddock Independent.
  3. Truly sad news. Donnie will be missed terribly. :big hug:

  7. Worked for me. Too bad he didn't get the Viper.
  8. The microphones for the finals recording must've picked up something you didn't hear then....they sound pretty darn responsive to me....
  9. It's pretty hard to get the rights to Cirque music, isn't it?
  10. If you haven't seen Boo's latest article on DCI.org - go check it out. Almost brought me to tears. Especially considering it was posted on today of all days. Thank you, Michael!!
  11. Best Top 2: Went with 2000...Cavies and Cadets both had amazing shows that year! Year I would've switched: Immediately before coming on here I was watching BD 2001 and said "I agree with the tie between BD and Cadets for sure...but it should've been a tie for first!!!" Both of those shows (BD's Awayaday Blue and Cadets' Juxtaperformance) were far superior to Four Corners in my book.
  12. Magic of Orlando 1996 Seattle Cascades did one recently (05?)
  13. Something tells me that a bunch of letters from non-experts saying that the corps won't tear up the field isn't going to work. I mean...we are pretty biased. AND if you look at some of those fields, they can get pretty torn up. I think we have to leave this one to the DCI officials. Unless, of course, someone has a connection at a Phoenix area stadium!
  14. Pannel One Suite? NOT AGAIN! :P
  15. the real question is not whether to bring an air mattress... it's who do you share it with? ^0^
  16. you only get one shot do not miss your blow this opportunity comes once in a lifetime, yo. -eminem you can only watch the show as it is performed live. but i thought it was definitely worth it.
  17. no..i was just answering his question. i think it's cool they are getting new uniforms, and they know how to create hype about it. i think it's a good thing for them.
