Our load increases 300 TIMES 'normal' - largely because users repeatedly hit the REFRESH button. We watch the servers closely and try to keep things running during these exceptionally heavy times. I have a co-op student from the Ivory Coast and he is the most polite, respectful, smart young man I've met in a long time. Would that all kids would act like that.
