The prop bag is like Mary Poppin's carpet bag. You can pull items out of it that are bigger than the bag. You should have seen Dave Gibbs face when he pulled out the big hula hoop. And speaking of Spirit, I believe they got the worst Prop Bag draw of all time in 1992 when the guard members all had to wear DD falsies.
