MikeN
I think this is a great idea, honestly. It's an easy-to-get, easy-to-engage-with program that oughta have audiences interested in the corps. I know they've suddenly made *my* need-to-see-in-2009 list. Ed Boxer
Kansas??? What are they going to play, a medley of their hit (singular)?
corps8294
KANSAS? Ummm, yeeeeah (snicker, snicker). As stated, Northern Aurora '93. That show nearly killed that corps; and not from a financial standpoint.

Spirit has had the least memorable shows for me the last two years. This show certainly has the potential to change that. "high-energy & accessible" seem like a worthy goal for Spirit. I wish them success.
JT76
I, for one, am excited about this and I am looking forward to seeing what they do with this before discounting it. Good Job Spirit!

Huntington Mallets
How are those equal? I'm saying it has the makings of that big brass only hit.....or at least I think it does

cowtown
Colt cadets did a nice just with Kansas and I did enjoy it because it was the colt cadets but man, I really hate Kansas – his is going to be a tough sell for me
ajawon
If there were different people responsible for the design of the show i'd be worried, but Boerma is both Music Coordinator and Arranger, I think he know's what he's doing. people complained about the shows the past 2 years so here you go. Should be interesting. Cavies, Bluecoats, Crown all did similar shows in the past, so should prove to be interesting
