Newseditor44
Was watching Vanguard today and marveled at the company front at the end of the show. That got me thinking thinking, who has the best company front of all time? My votes would have to be SCV 89 and Garfield 87. Yours?
JeromeyBush
82 Garfield(its just a typical company front) 84 Garfield (where did it come from?) 90-91 Star( whare did THAT come from?) 89 SCV 75 Madison Phantom, many years.Definately the straightest fronts. 84BDsop
The above....plus: 04 SCV 86 and 94 Garfield (a company "back," actually!) 91 BD (I mean come on....both ends went into the end zone!)
dbc03
Garfield 87 by far My favorite drum corps moment of all time
rightofway
Probably 08 BD...the first "ironic" company front.
chaddyt
87 Garfield is at the top of my list. But what the Cadets did in 07, hitting that line at a one-step interval at that speed while playing never ceases to amaze me.
Puppet
Was watching Vanguard today and marveled at the company front at the end of the show. That got me thinking thinking, who has the best company front of all time? My votes would have to be SCV 89 and Garfield 87.Yours? Of all time???!!! I'll wait for someone else to take you back 40 or so years ... Now I don't know what year it was, but I did see a video on that tube with your name at a rehearsal doing what seemed to be a 180 or more bpm company front while playing a sustained chord that was awesome! But when you say "of all time" you have to be talking about "of all time." Time began before 1980, I swear - ask anyone. mfrontz
Garfield 87. But I've been watching Star 90 - inspired by the best 3rd place thread - and that was a sweet front too. How about Spirit 80 and "Let It Be Me." A special caption award has to go to USMCD&BC anytime they do "Stars and Stripes Forever."

liebot
98 Cadets, hands down. Best demonstration of good foot timing seen on a football field. Ever. EEEEEEEVer.
