Monday's events: After being down for a couple weeks, Caprice bounced back in a big way at their home show in Doyt Perry Stadium in Bowling Green OH: Two Knight Org corps were at the head of their divisions while the Buffalo Sabres earned their first DCPI show win at Vestal HS in Endicott NY: Crimson Eagle Regiment and Cross were the highlight of a night of local performing units in Vienna's Trenkwalder Arena: Windsor HS in Windsor CO saw the Elite Brigade continue their dominance out West: Movie Gallery Stadium in Troy AL was the site for tight battles in World and Open classes: For tonight's events, a large group of midwest corps heads to Coffman HS in Dublin OH, Kennedy Stadium in Bridgeport CT hosts a bevy of Open and Class A corps for some post-4th-of-July celebrations, Columbus GA's McClung Stadium should witness an epic showdown between the Nipples, Knights, Knights of Power and Star of Jupiter and Elite Brigade will look to continue their impressive run over eastern power Quilt and other strong contenders in Rice-Eccles Stadium: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

JonW Posted July 8, 2011 Share Posted July 8, 2011 FB!E HEADLINES: Crimson Lions Stumble Badly, Need to recover for Regionals. Oostburg Sputters, Maintains Altitude. Tinkering may yield better results. Rebuilt Privateers Riding High, Plunder includes six consecutive victories! Our early season pride has taken some bruises but, still think we'll place well this weekend. World has some very tough competition (again!), we're sitting in not-bad-shape for Open, and sailing along nicely in A-Class. Far too soon for any panic, but some tweaking is needed.
