I liked the show esp. the elfman piece... meh to the quiet ending tho.

lovin the end of SCV w/the star and the cymbals. drumline is a monster

I thought last years BD show was really relatable but that's just me.

The idea isn't really that hard. It's a contemporary show challenging what is "art" and what is "acceptable". Its not really rocket science. I'm not a huge fan of the randomness but I get where they are going with it. Once again, BD is crazy good but their show doesn't connect.

So I'll say it again. Can BD for once produce a show for those of us too dumb to get what they're trying to say?

Seriously, some people call it "contemporary art". I call it the Drum Corps Equivalent of the Emperor's New Clothes.

Here's the thing: No one marched better, played better, moved better, had a higher show concept. I understand not liking the ending, but oh my, it's just June. Nice job BD.
