Photographer Jim
From the Satie on I'm liking it. Over narration is killing me though. Course I didn't even like "this is my rifle..."

MotorCityMusician
Blue Devils seem to get away with doing things that other corps get dinged for. Fair? Not really, no. I'm goin to call bull #### on this one. Cavies do it all the time. Sick of people saying BD gets judged different #rant #sleepdeprived

JulesBry
The idea isn't really that hard. It's a contemporary show challenging what is "art" and what is "acceptable". Its not really rocket science. I'm not a huge fan of the randomness but I get where they are going with it. Once again, BD is crazy good but their show doesn't connect. So I'll say it again. Can BD for once produce a show for those of us too dumb to get what they're trying to say? Seriously, some people call it "contemporary art". I call it the Drum Corps Equivalent of the Emperor's New Clothes.
dapperpoet
Here's the thing: No one marched better, played better, moved better, had a higher show concept. I understand not liking the ending, but oh my, it's just June. Nice job BD.
CloudHype
To steal/bastardize a phrase from a friend, the caption is called "visual"; it hasn't been "marching" since 1983. Whoever said that is a smart guy,
