Who wouldn't be after listening to the April camp music!

Sigh... Wish the Scouts still did a preview performance in Madison, or played at Bratfest, or something. :sad:/>/>

I wish the Scouts were still based in Madison. The Scouts connection to the city of Madison is gone. Its sad.

I like the music updates.

Looking forward to a powerful show... I don't know the details, but it sounds like Scouts are pushing the design and production value for 2013.

They've done both of those things in the last several years. I've been to both. Sorry to hear that they're not doing that this year.

Haha, I also am so looking forward to this year's show!

Me too.

Nothing against watching offseason videos of the Corps Choir, or Calisthetics, Corn Flakes and Cheerios at daylight or some such, but I want to hear some face peeling brass sounds.

Some may have missed that Mr. J. Mason posted this rep on the program thread last night:

"An update for everyone regarding our 75th anniversary show.

The Madison Scouts musical selections are:

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 by Brian Tyler

Corps of Brothers Fanfare by Robert W. Smith

Night on Bald Mountain by Modest Mussorgsky

The Battle Rages by Lee Beddis, Nick Pourcho and Robert W. Smith

Afghanistan 2025 by Jack Wall

You'll Never Walk Alone by Richard Rogers, Oscar Hammerstein "

Super! Can't wait to see what's in store on the field in front of Sean Hadley!

Just got done listening to the video game source material from above - now that is some good stuff right there! Given Robert W. Smith's track record in general and with Madison as of late, I'm very much looking forward to hearing what he does with these selections!
