CrownBariDad
Wish I could be there. Best of luck to ALL the Corps. Wife says I'll really like the Troopers show--lots of music from movie Westerns. Looking at corpsreps.com, I think she's right. Can't go wrong with Elmer Bernstein and John Barry. Before I forget: Go Spirit!!! <(
TubaJon
Crossmen Good: well thought out show. Probably sound better than the stars overall. Bad: not very hard vis book again. But its the same formula that got em in last year so why change whats workin. This is gonna be close!
Daave
TubaJon, were you able to get in in time to review Pio and Troop?
TomVV
The ticket people everywhere need to be better trained. they were sending people up one side and ignoring the other side when both lead to the same place. When they're not letting anyone in one in once they said please welcome to field etc.
acolli17
Pioneer - dirty, drum line has potential. Ensemble tears. Troopers - huge crowd favorite so far (be careful, I'm biased). Relatively easy book, but they sound good. Ro to clean. Blue Stars - weird show theme, I know what they were going for, but I didn't really get that feeling while they performing. Crossmem - clean. Cleanest at this point in the show. Nothing incredibly memorable though. Spirit of Atlanta - WOW. They are loud. Tough show, pulling really tough things off and doing it well. Incredibly energetic. Intermission. I'll post more later. Edited June 24, 2013 by acolli17
TubaJon
Spirit Good: better run than yesterday which was a good run as well. First true standing ovation of the night. Solid guarentee for finals. Bad: i still think they will out perform the drill sooner rather than later. Int is on.
Dan Balash
Anyone know what the judging panel is like? Also, how do people find out what the judging panel is? Madison always posts the judging panel for whatever show they're at here. http://www.madisonscouts.org/volunteers/
