skywhopper
I'd also like someone to take on a Fela Kuti show, too. I can get behind this idea!

cowtown
Maybe it’s time for a GWAR show?
skevinp
Would people kill me if I suggested a Lord of the Rings show? :D Not me, I love that score!
Northern Thunder
"Fela" has the most incredible "throbbing" bass musical book. To perform it without electrical enhancement, you would need 30 tubas to do it justice.
Zorro
I am still convinced that it's possible to arrange some Final Fantasy music into a good show. ...I realize Blue Stars did this in 2006 (or was in 2007? I can't remember), but I don't think they did a very good job (both arraigning and performance wise) . I think it would suit Phantom Regiment well. Totally agreed. There is a lot of VGM that would translate very well to drum corps, although I'm not sure how it would be perceived by the judges. Final Fantasy, Zelda and Castlevania all have huge backlogs of music to draw from.
cavie95
^^^ if you go with that, I'd go one further and say do a Warcraft show. Humans vs Orcs.
MikeN
Oh, also can't recommend enough - Christopher Tin - Calling All Dawns. This has Cadets written all over it. Especially if they used singers... Mike
