Marianne
High-Cam only tonight. :( Thanks. Coulda sworn when I got the e-mail to renew my FN subscription, it said all the shows would be multi cam this year. Maybe they said/meant "more' shows would be. mrjaydub
Totally, does Pete Weber also write for them? Lots of similarities, loved the little snakey thing at the end, reminded me of SCV's 2006 field exit. I would guess there is some consultation from Mr. Weber. However, Myron Rosander is their visual guy. (Think I spelled that right.)
Luke4496
Did I just hear a section from Cabaret Voltaire from BDB?
Eleran
Just tuned in at the start of the BDB show - looks like a missed a good SCV Cadets show? Oh, well, just glad to be able to catch the show at all - just got back from the DCA show at Bayonne.
jjeffeory
Okay. I've never done this Fan Network thing before. I have a question: The feed stops every so often. If I hit the pause and start button, it gets going again. Is this a problem with the feed? Or is it my computer or connection? If it's on my end, is there anything I can do to fix it? And I mean, is there anything I can do right now. Buying a computer isn't an option at this moment. Wow, that's a LOT of questions. Probably your issue. superOOk
In sky box for tonight. Weather and field are great. Saw full run of BOTH SCV and BD. BD brass line is impeccable. Gonna be hard to beat (I haven't heard Bluecoats yet but they are better than Crown as of today).
mrjaydub
I'm sure there are experts here. Right now I'm watching on my HDTV via a PC input. I recently discovered my TV is smarter than I thought, and I can connect to the Internet if I install a wireless LAN reciver in one of it's USB ports. It's a few years old, so it doesn't have an LAN receiver already built in. It then says I can access yahoo, netflix, etc through widgets. What I wonder is, are the widgets the only things I can access on the Internet function, or will I be able to acces Fan Network through it:? Hi Marianne, There are a lot of factors (flash support, type of browser, internet connection, etc.) that could answer YES or NO. My best suggestion would be to go here: http://dci.thefannetwork.org/support/ and click on Live Webcast FAQ. That should help. But mostly, it will probably be a simple test it and if it works - great!

You haven't given that much information; TV stuff isn't standardized from brand to brand or even model to model in the same brand always. My guess is no. Widgets would be specialized apps built to connect to a specific source. If your TV has a browser that supports flash, then maybe.
