Barifonium
It's gettin' hot under this ol' willow tree... also, if you're going to have 90s drill Spirit, at least have 90s musical challenge. charlie1223
I am usually the one to defend the idea that corps do not all do a "chop and bob" style of arrangements. But I will say that Spirit this year is the epitome of the "Chop and Bob" with the phrases constantly only lasting 2-4 bars before being interrupted or changed. Madera Dons
I'm in disbelief that a show like Pacific Crests is 20th place this year. Not because I think they should be higher, because there's THAT much talent this year. Wow. I totally agree. I am really enjoying the Open Corps. There is a lot of talent there. DCI-86
Spirit seem sloppy. Guard is not a strong point for them
HornTeacher
Quick question: with this year's constantly expressed mantra of "rank, then rate," how can either accurately be done for any corps without hearing any of the corps to follow? Not being a wise guy...just asking. Edit: Never mind. Discussion better left for another time and place. Sorry. THeShadeOfNight
Who is the vocalist Spirit uses in that male vocal clip in their ballad? I really like their voice.
Eleran
British folk get no respect. Could have used more than just one British composer, then. French, American, Italian, Russian, Hungarian, German ... finally English
